Return/Refund Policy

At SilkRoad Innovations, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please note, return shipping costs are not covered by SilkRoad Innovations.
